What makes us different

  • We know our clients.
  • We focus on each client individually and tailor made solutions. No-one is reduced to a file on a desk with a reference number.
  • We have the latest technology and software to ensure we are at the cutting edge of our game and able to communicate online with various linked departments including the Deeds office and Master’s office (*when their system is updated).
  • We are committed to ethics and integrity and will not compromise our values or those of our clients. Our results-driven approach does not rely on quick fixes or lofty promises but rather is focused on going the distance with our clients, most of whom are long term clients who return at various stages of their and their family members’ life stages.
  • We are equipped to work remotely and consult with clients online or in the comfort of their own homes or place of work.
  • Confidentiality and trust is paramount. A notary public holds the highest office, recognised globally and subscribing to international standards and norms. These high standards pervade through the practice. All personal documentation is classified with restricted access and security, ensuring our client’s details and records remain private and confidential at all times.
  • We are proponents of the Integrative approach to Law and its practice. As reflective and authentic practitioners we are guided by intrinsic values and purpose which we apply in equal measure to our vast legal training thereby enabling us to prepare the appropriate expression on behalf of our clients.

Our Team

Our valuable team of people are matched with the very latest technology, software and equipment rivaling the bigger firms.

Caroline

With undergraduate degrees in English, Psychology and Sociology as well as  postgraduate degrees in Criminology and Law, Caroline is well placed to approach jurisprudence on a uniquely holistic basis. Having spent the first decade of her professional life in a corporate environment, Caroline experienced a disconnect between her personal and professional lives and values which culminated in her eventually replacing the corporate mask with a wholesome authenticity which pervades Caroline Wansbury Attorneys. Caroline has also pursued higher studies in estate planning and tax law. She is also a member of the Fiduciary Institute of South Africa as well as the Legal Practice Council.

Neil

Otherwise known as “Superman”, is our man in the trenches. Based at the Registrar of Deeds in Cape Town and with over 30 years of experience, Neil could give many conveyancers a run for their money in terms of knowledge and commitment.

Ninette

Paralegal extraordinaire with decades of experience while also being a champion for the environment.
